My name is Anne, but people call me Annie. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Weight-Neutral Certified Personal Trainer.

For 15 years, I’ve supported people across the lifespan in both social work and fitness settings. What I’ve come to learn in this time is there’s an intergenerational thread that connects many of us: chronic dissatisfaction with our bodies and feeling like we’re not good enough. 

I started Body Peace Therapy to provide integrative services for both the mind and body that are rooted in Body Peace. Whether you’re 5 years old or 95 years old, you and your body are worthy of kindness and compassion.
